What’s the difference between sex coaching and sex therapy?

Sex therapy is a form of mental health treatment provided by licensed therapists to address deeper psychological, emotional, or trauma-related concerns around sex and intimacy. Sex coaching, on the other hand, focuses on personal growth, education, and goal-setting. Coaches provide practical tools and guidance to help clients explore their desires, enhance communication, and build confidence—all without diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

What does professional consulting include?

How many sessions do I need?

The number of sessions depends on your personal goals. Some clients feel confident after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing coaching to support their growth over time. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during your free consultation and create a plan that fits your needs.

How much will this cost me?

• 1 on 1 Coaching | One Hour | $50 per session | Bundle three session for $130

• 1 on 1 Education | 30-60-90 minutes | $40-$60-$80  

• Couples Coaching | One Hour | $75 | Bundle three session for $200

• Professional Development Consulting | Workshops or Analysis | $200-$1500 depending on services.

What makes me qualified?

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health and became a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) in April 2022. I have completed my certification as a Sexuality Coach and Consultant through the Sexual Health Alliance in May 2025. With three years of experience in sexuality education and professional development at the local government level, I’ve worked closely with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, particularly those in lower-income settings. My background combines formal education with hands-on experience in both individual and organizational support.
